Cisco’s WebEx Connect is the first on-demand platform specifically designed to integrate unified web communication with business applications. The backbone of Connect is WebEx’s utility grade grid for delivering their web conferencing, Video, VOIP and IM products. Developers building with DreamFactory can deploy custom and commercial applications that are added to Connect workspaces as integrated “widgets”. Cisco Connect workspaces are designed to share applications across company boundaries, and inherit synchronous collaboration via the Connect console.
